Gucci has just recruited a brand new face for its Guilty fragrance: Jared Leto. Yep, the actor is set to front the latest campaign for the perfume, adding yet another string to his bow.
For the majority of 2015, we’ve seen Jared looking less high fashion and slightly more horrifying for the movie Suicide Squad, but you’ll be relieved to know that he has ditched the green hair and face paint for his new role in Gucci’s campaign, which will be shot in Venice, Italy.

This isn’t the first time the actor has modelled for a fashion label; he’s previously fronted Hugo Boss, too. And Gucci is no stranger to enlisting Hollywood’s finest. James Franco, Evan Rachel Wood and Chris Evans have previously starred in campaigns for the fashion house. And although they might all be big shoes to follow, we have no doubt that Jared will bring his usual, inimitable brand of cool to the campaign.
Hand picked for the position by Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele, Jared will not only be modelling for the campaign but has also taken control of Gucci’s Snapchat account to give fans a look behind the scenes, all from his own point of view. The takeover allows followers plenty of teasers by sharing the atmosphere on set, pictures of the team at work and lots of selfies (obviously).
Jared is proving himself to be a man of many talents; being an established musician, award-winning actor and now high fashion model, we can’t wait to see what next year brings for him.
