Hollywood Gears Up For The Oscars 2012

Michelle Williams and Rooney Mara, who both scooped Oscar nominations today

Hollywood is gearing up for the Oscars, with everyone in Tinseltown on the edge of their seats to see what Michelle Williams, Rooney Mara and Meryl Streep wear on the red carpet. The My Week With Marilyn, Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and Iron Lady stars are all up for best actress at the Academy Awards and we couldn't possibly choose between them!

The coveted best picture prize will be a close fight too.The Artist, George Clooney’s film The Descendants, Midnight In Paris, Brad Pitt's Moneyball and War Horse are all up for the crown. Meanwhile, Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy and The Help's Octavia Spencer are nominated for best supporting actress and The Artist and Jane Eyre could win an Academy Award for their fabulous costumes.
