Has Suki Waterhouse Ditched Fashion For Hollywood?

We can all agree that her fashion credentials speak for themselves. From fronting coveted campaigns and designing her own range of effortlessly cool Superga trainers to sashaying down Burberry’s catwalk, Suki Waterhouse has become one of our favourite Brit girls on the block.

But since closing Burberry Prorsum’s SS15 London show in September last year, we’ve been getting the distinct impression that Suki might have something else up her sleeve. And it seems that thing might just be her own Hollywood invasion, given the fact that she boycotted New York Fashion Week in favour of a Vanity Fair’s ‘Young Hollywood’ bash in LA.

Yep, Suki was the talk of the (tinsel) town in her plunging Balmain jumpsuit, posing up a storm alongside fellow model/actresses Brooklyn Decker and Emily Ratajkowski. With each taking on some major film roles recently, we reckon the trio had a lot to talk about. Especially Suki, who showed off her acting talents in last year’s Love Rosie, and is starring as Marlene in sci-fi thriller Insurgent, the sequel to box office hit Divergent. And if that wasn’t enough to keep her busy, the Brit girl will also star alongside Lily James and Douglas Booth in the upcoming Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

We’d say that’s one major Hollywood takeover. And while we’re missing her on the fashion week scene, we’re super excited to see what’s next for this burgeoning film star. Will her and Bradley Cooper be the next Brangelina? Watch this space…
