H&M is well known for its ethical values, so it’s no surprise that the brand has just launched its latest conscious collection both in store and online. And it’s a denim dream!
The slogan is ‘Go Green Wear Blue’, and the range uses less water, energy and fewer processed materials to create this clean-cut offering at a purse-friendly price. And in H&M’s efforts to improve production with more sustainable materials, the brand has opted to use such fabrics as organic cotton, organic linen and recycled wool – all in a ‘water and energy efficient washing process’ which minimalises any environmental impact. We’re sold!
We particularly love their denim boilersuit (£34.99) which has already been spotted on actress Olivia Wilde during her appearance at the Global Citizen Conscious Commerce IMPACK Day in New York.
The full contemporary collection comprises of a range of men’s, women’s and children’s pieces in deep indigo tones, with womenswear leading the way showcasing everything from skinny, relaxed and tapered jeans (all essential wardrobe staples) to stylish new monochrome denim pieces.
We’ll definitely stock up on the quilted denim jacket (£29.99) and chic tailored denim pencil skirt (£24.99), perfect for the office and casual weekend breaks. That’s our denim haul sorted!
