Our new style crush Lea Michele did not disappoint her loyal Glee fans last night when she turned up at the 2010 Time Gala in this Grecian silk Oscar de la Renta gown. Working the red carpet like a pro, she added all the right accessories, drop diamond earrings, a killer cocktail ring and this delicate clutch - anything else would've upstaged this dress.
