Milan Fashion Week’s
street style is always on fine fashion form, and this season was certainly no exception. With the likes of Anna Dello Russo flaunting her ever-incredible collection of Prada coats and our very own Cheryl Cole gracing the Roberto Cavalli FROW in head-to-toe print, the streets of Milan are almost as exciting as the catwalks themselves.
Among the stylish attendees, we spotted two main trends that we want to rock now. The co-ord has been a big hit for a while now, but we snapped a fresh update on the matching twinset; full midi skirts were paired with tucked-in, collar-smart tees, creating a contemporary feminine silhouette. Meanwhile it was anything goes for print, from bold stripes to arty swirls.
Another fashion-forward tip we noted was unbuttoned shirts – the coolest gals ignored the top button in favour of a more relaxed take on their tailoring, flashing just a hint of décolletage. We’re obsessed.
