The X Factor judge disguised all signs of a bump with her clever monochrome dress featuring a full-skirt and figure-hugging corset . The 38-year-old looked blissfully happy she accepted X Factor’s award for the most popular talent show with fellow judges Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole.
