From tickets to the venue...
FOMO reached an all time high with Coachella 2017. So, in a bid to make sure that never happens again, we’ve put together the ultimate guide to next year’s event. Here’s everything you need to know:
When Did Coachella Start?
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival began in 1999 with two days in October. In 2001, it returned as a one-day festival, and then upped to three days in 2007. Its first two-weekend stint was in 2012.
When Is Coachella 2018?
If the festival follows the same format as previous years, Coachella 2018 will be held on the second and third weekend of April 2018, the 13th – 16th and the 20th – 23rd. No dates have been officially confirmed.
Where Is Coachella 2018?
Again, the location has not yet been confirmed, but Coachella usually takes place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.
How Do I Get To Coachella 2018?
The nearest airport to Coachella is Palm Springs, however there aren’t any direct flights from the UK. The best way to travel is to fly to Los Angeles (LAX airport), hire a car and drive to the festival from there.
How Can I Get Tickets To Coachella 2018?
Tickets usually go on sale in January, but they sell out at an incredible speed. This year’s sold out in just 1 hour, and there is only one opportunity to purchase.
Who Is In The Coachella 2018 Line-Up?
Acts are yet to have been booked for the festival, but rumour has it that Beyonce will take up her role as headliner since she had to pull her performance in 2017 due to her pregnancy with twins.
