Cheryl Cole’s wardrobe has become something of national interest over the past couple of years. So it came as no surprise that when Cheryl and online fashion favourite Asos joined forces to auction off 20 of her iconic dresses for charity, us girls sat up and took notice.
For two weeks last month, Cheryl’s cast-offs – designed by the likes of Hervé Léger, Giles Deacon and Julien Macdonald – were snapped up by fashion-savvy fans of the singer. And boy did they bid generously! A staggering £48,000 was raised for The Cheryl Cole Foundation, which supports initiatives organised by The Prince’s Trust, with Asos donating an additional £10,000 for good measure.
