Heidi Klum was one of 17 celebrities to help raise awareness about heart disease at New York fashion week as she did what she does best and strutted her enviable figure on the catwalk, wearing a John Galliano gown. The supermodel lead celebrities including Estelle, Joan Collins, Felicity Huffman, Jordin Sparks and Kim Kardashian down the runway in a selection of designer dresses to raise money for the charity campaign, The Heart Truth.
