Cara Delevingne has done another edgy shoot for Allure Magazine, and this time, she’s turned high-end swamp princess.
The 22-year-old model was picked to grace the cover of the mag’s October issue, which was a special beauty edition, and shot a series of arty snaps with famed fashion photographer Mario Testino.
Our absolute favourite shot has to be one showing Cara with slicked back locks, flaunting her flawless skin as a thick layer of mud drips down her face. Wow.
‘#regram @mariotestino fun in the mud @allure_magazine #DRIPPING’, she wrote after sharing the preview snap on her Instagram account.
Another image sees Cara posing completely naked, with her hugely volumized ’60s-style hair and a large Chanel padlock and chain only just protecting her modesty.
Like Cara, Testino himself debuted the snaps on his own Instagram page, writing: ‘CARA BARES IT ALL. CARA ENSEÑA TODO.@CaraDelevingne @Allure_Magazine #BestOfBeauty’.
Inside, the British catwalk strutter opens up about her beauty routine, revealing that she uses an Antipodes night cream to keep her skin picture-perfect.
‘Anything by Antipodes – it’s all natural, Cara told the mag. ‘Especially their avocado and pear night cream.’
Everyone’s favourite low maintenance lady also revealed that her favorite lip balm is Lucas’ Pawpaw Ointment, which keeps her pout from drying out while travelling, before adding that all her famous pow brows need to stay in shape is ‘an eyebrow comb and eyebrow gel.’
If only it was so simple to look that striking on a daily basis.
