Cara Delevingne And Pharrell Are Teaming Up For Chanel

Rumours have been doing the rounds about a Cara Delevingne/Pharrell single, but now the truth is out, and it’s actually far more exciting.

The catwalk queen and GIRL hit-maker are teaming up for a new Chanel film directed by Karl Lagerfeld (well, of course). Eek!

Cara will model alongside our other favourite Chanel muse – Karl’s six-year-old godson Hudson Kroenig, who’s been walking for the designer since age three when he made his debut with dad and Chanel fave Brad Kroenig.

While the trio’s performance has been shrouded in secrecy, WWD reoprts that there’s a dance element (we hope that means a routine) and they’re thought to have filmed it in Paris. Tres chic!

The film will be screened at the Chanel Metiers d’Art show, which is taking place in Salzburg, Austria this year on 2 December.

The biannuel event is a BIG deal in the fashion world, with a stellar front row and a location hand-picked by Kaiser Karl that’s close to the heart of founder Gabrielle Chanel. So we know we’re in for a treat.

However, in a major fashion scheduling clash, the event takes place on the same night as the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

So looks like Cara WON’T be playing Angel this year at the underwear brand’s first London-based catwalk extravaganza…
