Fashion is bored of gender norms
With Zara’s newly added ‘Ungendered’ section hitting their website and Louis Vuitton casting a skirt-wearing Jaden Smith (son of Will and Jada) in it’s latest womenswear campaign, ‘unisex’ fashion has never been more of a hot topic.
Of course Rick Owens has been doing it for years, and with Gucci, Saint Laurent and Vetements following suit over the past couple of years, gender-free clothing is very much having a moment.
So with the current wave of unisex fashions it’s no surprise online fave ASOS have teamed up with Lot, Stock & Barrel on a capsule womenswear, menswear and unisex collection.
American brand Lot, Stock & Barrel (or LS&B for short) are well-known for their curated vintage pieces with custom embroidery – such as fun slogans and patches to make the pieces more individual.
ASOS worked collaboratively with the LS&B team to design several key pieces that are decorated with both chain-stitch and traditional embroidery, patches and slogans in LS&B’s unique style. Perfect for the ASOS customer who wants something truly individual this summer.
The collection includes swimsuits, ripped denim, oversized stripe shirts and mesh dresses alongside accessories patched with cherries and tattoo-inspired skulls and spiders. We can’t wait to get our hands on the ‘Hotter Than Hell’ denim jacket!
Prices start at £3.50 for socks and £55 for jackets.
The collection lands on site today. Get shopping guys and gals!
