We hate to say we told you so, but after rising music star Pixie Lott  modelled for Look and performed at our fab Look Show  just a few weeks ago, we just knew she’d become a fashion icon! Well, our predictions were correct, because Pixie has just been chosen as the new brand ambassador for Baby G Casio watches. Chosen for her outstanding talent and elegant sense of style, Pixie will be the face of the new Baby G collection, which is available now in Casio stores across the UK.  “I had the pink Baby G when I was in primary school, so I’ve been wearing them for years. They’re really funky. They do so many colours, so you can match them with any outfit and they spice it up and make it look fresh.  I think they’re special because they’re so girlie and fun,” said Pixie. With two No 1 singles already under her belt, 2010 is fast becoming the year of Pixie Lott!

The celebrities were out in force at London Fashion Week, with Alexa Chung, Remi Nicole and Pixie Lott attending the must-see Topshop Unique show.  Alexa Chung and friends took their front-row seats at one of the hottest shows of London Fashion Week to see next season’s designs hit the Topshop catwalk. Alexa went for granny chic in a cream lace dress, black brogues, bang-on-trend satchel bag and beige cardigan, and Pixie Lott looked casually cool in skinny black jeans, chunky biker boots and black vest top as she giggled with Alexa and TV presenter Remi Nicole. The LOOK Show Hits London!

It was nothing short of spectacular – but if you were one of the 10,000 ticket applicants who didn’t get so lucky, don’t panic! We’ve got all the footage, gossip, pictures and outfits you missed so you couldn’t possibly miss out!

Gabriella Cilmi, Beverley Knight, Liz McLarnon and The Saturdays took their seats amongst their celeb friends on the front row as the 24 models backstage were having their last minute touches sorted by the LOOK fashion team.   From our seat amongst the celebs the atmosphere was as pumping as the music as Erin O'Connor opened the show for Reiss. The electric mix of all your favourite high street brands followed like a walking catalogue (all looks are in store now!) we even caught Beverley snapping a few of her fave outfits on her iphone!   Pixie Lott’s turn on the runway had a few of us in tears as she sang Cry Me Out live and then the show continued with more cracking outfits and an amazing finale led by Erin – and then the champagne! Pixie Lott To Design Her Own Dress For The Brits?

Pixie Lott at the Brit Awards 2010 Launch Party Jan

Pixie Lott has reportedly shunned the chance to wear a designer gown at the Brit Awards 2010 in favour of designing her own. She said: “I’m going to try and design a little outfit and see how it turns out. If it turns out bad then I will just pick a dress from a designer or something, but I’m really going to try to design my own. It’s a risk but I’ve always to do it.”   What with her three Brit nominations, Pixie had better make sure she designs a show-stopper. She’ll need to be quick though, she’s only got a week left! - KA

Pixie Lott and Fearne Cotton stole the red carpet spotlight at last night's Brit Awards Nominations party with their blonde hair and bright pink lipstick combos. Fearne swapped her usual grungy look for a chic Olivia Rubin dress and side-swept Hollywood waves, while Pixie went for a messy updo and midnight nails to dress down her statement Little Black Dress. But it wasn’t only in the style stakes that Pixie Lott scored, bagging three nominations for British Female Solo Artist, British Single and British Breakthrough. With Lily Allen, Florence and The Machine and Lady Gaga all up for three awards each too, this years Brit’s looks set to be all about the ladies! - GG The Brit Awards is on ITV1 on Saturday 23rd January.
