Milla Jovovich And Kirsten Dunst: Last Night's Best Dressed
It was a battle of black vs white on the red carpet last night, as Milla Jovovich and Kirsten Dunst went head to head for the best-dressed crown. Model turned actress Milla Jovovich sparkled in a Salvatore Ferragamo dress slashed to the thigh at the Three Musketeers premiere in London, and she didn’t stop at the glittering gown, going all out with a co-ordinating crystal clutch bag, bangles and chandelier earrings.
Across the pond Bvlgari poster girl Kirsten Dunst looked angelic at the launch of the brands latest eyewear collection. Ms Dunst is on a red carpet roll at the moment, promoting her new film Melancholia, and last night’s look scored major style points. The actress glowed in a chic white belted SS12 Derek Lam dress and drool-worthy embellished Bvlgari clutch bag and jewels. Being a brand ambassador certainly has its perks. With both ladies giving us way more Hollywood glamour than we’re used to on your average Tuesday night, we’re going to have to declare it a red carpet draw! GG

Spring Trend Alert: Tropical Prints
Whilst you might not be feeling in quite the tropical mood right this second (particularly if you are stuck at Heathrow.) believe us, in the New Year you soon will be. Yep, the spring/summer 2011 catwalks were a flurry of tropical prints and the trend is set to be huge. Hey, if Milla Jovovich has already given it her seal of approval who are we to argue? As always, good old Topshop is a step ahead and have jumped on the exotic bandwagon already, our fave piece being this butterfly-print blouse. Might be a tad chilly for it now but think how smug you’ll be when the sun comes out!

The WLD (White Lace Dress) Is In!
Hot dress alert! After Celine and Marc Jacobs sent white lace down their autumn/winter 2010 runways, we knew it would only be a matter of time before the trend popped up on the red carpet, and last night we got a double whammy. Milla Jovovich wore one-shouldered Emilio Pucci to the Stone premiere in New York, whilst Lauren Conrad chose a luxe lace shift for her book signing round the corner. So forget gothic glamour, the only way to wear lace this season is winter white. Just avoid the red wine. GG

You can always rely on Chanel to have a front row packed with the worlds most glamorous women.
Lily Allen, Olga Kurylenko, Freida Pinto, Claudia Schiffer, Milla Jovovich and Kate Moss, were a few of the a-list celebrities that filled the front row of Chanels show. Kate Moss, of course, caused a media frenzy when she arrived with a surge of paparazzi, reporters and security guards, who escorted her to her front-row seat. The stunning supermodel looked effortlessly chic in a black tux, however the trousers did appear to be a bit on the large side. Meanwhile Lily Allen looked pretty in pink, dressed in a figure hugging dress teamed with black Christian Louboutin shoes and a quilted cream Chanel bag. Our favourite look from the front row was from fashion newcomer, Freidi Pinto who rocked a cream Chanel dress and black Chanel beads. The show was packed with must-have items for next season including the legendary cardigan jacket, oversized scarves and small pink quilted bags.
