One To Watch: Jennifer Missoni
With such an infamous surname, you’d think Jennifer Missoni would need no introduction, but the latest darling of the Italian fashion dynasty has been bubbling just under the radar. Cousin of the constantly papped fashionista Margherita Missoni, actress Jennifer has been a blossoming style crush of LOOK's for a while now. While Margherita is the queen of eclectic Italian boho, Jennifer’s signature style is slicker with a girlie spin – think pin-flaunting shifts and cute floral slip dresses like this one that she wore to The Untouchables film screening in New York last night – plus a penchant for prints, obviously. It’s got to be in the Missoni blood! The Gossip Girl and Playback star completed the look with a pair of lust-worthy, metallic Jimmy Choo strappies. Coming from such a powerful fashion house, her style credentials are already soaring, and with a role in upcoming Malin Akerman and Matt Dillon movie Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story, we’re expecting big red-carpet things from the latest Missoni lady on the block. Taylor Swift And Malin Akerman Hit The People's Choice Awards 2011
Now here’s a pair of ladies who’ve found a fashion formula that works! Malin Akerman and Taylor Swift looked super-chic at The People’s Choice Awards 2011 in LA. Both girls opted for pale and simple mini dresses by J Mendel, edged up with a colour pop of scarlet – Taylor went for bright red lips and Malin accessorised with matching red heels and clutch. Style sisters or what! Malin hosted the A-list-packed event where Taylor picked up the gong for Favourite Country Artist.
Johnny Depp won the Favourite Movie Actor Award, and when collecting his award he told Taylor that his daughter wanted to say hi – too cute! Best friends Rihanna and Katy Perry left looking happy after going head to head for gongs. Katy won Favourite Female Artist and Rihanna picked up Favourite Pop Artist. Just as well really – that could have been tricky! KA

Sarah Jessica Parker Steps Out In Summer 2010’s Hot Trend
Sarah Jessica Parker and actress Malin Akerman stepped out in New York on Wednesday night wearing one of summer’s hottest looks – neutral tones.
The lovely Sarah Jessica Parker went for a daytime draped look with a killer statement necklace while promoting her latest project (a reality TV show searching for a new great artist, apparently), while The Watchers actress Malin Ackerman, wearing head to toe Miu Miu, opted for a jazzier approach by adding orange beading and crystals to a plain shift. The key to the look is to find a neutral that is as far removed from your natural skintone as possible or you’ll be doing the new nude and not in a good way. PS
