Kate Beckinsale looked her usual bombshell self as she hit the red carpet for the premiere of Underworld Awakening in LA last night. Kate opted for a Jenny Packham nude sequined maxi number, and we have seen just the dress to get her red-carpet look. Love Label have launched a luxe fashion collection, available exclusively at online fashion store Very.co.uk, which includes six pieces all made with extra attention to detail. We love this vintage-style maxi dress with its ornate beading, and with tumbling hair and a gold cuff or two we reckon we could give Kate Beckinsale a run for her money in the glam stakes! RS

High street beauty brand Essie hit the red carpet in style at the Golden Globe Awards 2012 with celebrities including Kate Beckinsale and Shailene Woodley both rocking some of their hottest nail shades.

Celebrity manicurist Michelle Saunders used a mixture of Essie’s ‘Lady Like’ and ‘Au Natural’ shades to complement Kate Beckinsale’s Roberto Cavalli dress. We think she looked fabulous!

And Shailene Woodley’s manicurist Nettie Davis teamed The Descendants star’s Marchesa gown with Essie’s ‘Very Structured’ polish to create her rusty look. It’s definitely a nail colour we’ll be trying out this weekend.

Jeweller to the stars Lorraine Schwartz made sure that the Golden Globes 2012 was not just about the dresses, but the jewellery too. No celeb was left without their bling as Lorraine's jewellery ruled the red carpet. Our particular faves? Well, the diamonds get a big thumbs up (obvs) but for us, the coloured gems rocked this one. We loved Heidi Klum's turquoise and diamond Lorraine Schwartz bib necklace, Lea Michele's 29 carat emerald ring and Debra Messing's amethyst and emerald earrings. Kate Beckinsale, who we hope had her own personal bodyguard, wore a whopping  300 carats of diamonds! We knew we loved awards season for a reason! RS

We’ve spent the last week pouring (and lusting) over the A-listers' red carpet picks for the Cannes Film Festival 2010 and it hasn’t gone unnoticed that most of the hottest gowns came courtesy of Gucci. Now, we know they always deliver with amazing ready-to-wear, but Oscar-worthy floor sweepers? Turns out Creative Director Frida Giannini has been busy working on a capsule collection of one-of-a kind gowns with French haute couture ateliers. Called Gucci Première, Salma Hayek debuted the first dress at the Robin Hood premiere, before picking a second post-box red dress later in the week. Brit actress Kate Beckinsale wowed us on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival 2010 last night stepping out in her thigh-slashed Balmain autum/winter 2010 gown. This is a daring look for Kate and we love it! Somehow she managed to add even more swoon-factor to her midnight sequin dress with an oversized bling belt, super-high black courts and a strong ponytail. The new Gap 1969 Jeans store in Beverley Hills saw some serious A-list action in the fitting rooms this week as celebs including Eva Longoria Parker, Selma Blair, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Kate Beckinsale stopped by to stock up on the new collection. Kate Beckinsale's idea of casual dressing is a pair of mesh heels! Even off-duty the star sparkles with impeccable hair and Louboutin shoes.

Kate Beckinsale was snapped at the weekend with her family in LA looking pretty glam. Kate wore a fetching pair of acid wash jeans, with on-trend mesh heels and a simple black tank. An oversized magenta clutch added a pop of colour and finished off the look.

Her towering shoes didn't stop her from having fun. She later kicked off the heels to go for a ride on a treacherous looking inflatable slide. Rather you than us Kate!
