Jessica Simpson And Lauren Conrad Flash Their Fashion Stripes
Hayden Panettiere, Paris Hilton, Petra Nemcova and Lauren Conrad were just a few of the hot A-listers papped at the US Weekly Hot Hollywood 2011 party last night. Jessica Simpson, who was crowned Style Icon Of The Year at the exclusive event, showed off an enviable trimmer figure (pre-wedding diet, perhaps?) in a power-print mini and mega eye-watering platforms – you wouldn’t want to take a trip in those bad boys! And The Hills’ Lauren Conrad looked effortlessly gorgeous in a silky blouse and skater skirt combo (see Lauren Conrad's fab fashion file below). Jessica Simpson is set to expand her successful fashion empire this summer – her shoes and bags are sell-outs Stateside – as she launches her own-label denim line in July. Like us, Jessica lives in her jeans and wanted to create “a jean that becomes a girl’s best friend, that everyday go-to pair”. Over the past few months Jessica Simpson has received negative press attention, regarding her curvaceous figure.
Last night however, the singer put all those report to shame as she showed her killer curves in a figure-hugging sequin dress. Jessica was snapped at New Yorks Ambassador theatre to support her sister Ashley as she made her debut performance in Chicago.
Jess teamed her sequined dress with statement earrings, black and silver heels and a quiff. We think she looks hot!

Jessica Simpson opts for a traditional henna tattoo and bindi during her trip to India.
Jessica Simpson has been snapped with a new beauty look as she is photographed in India with a henna tattoo on her hand and a stunning bindi on her forehead. The American beauty has been shooting her new television documentary, The Price Of Beauty in India this week and has taken inspiration from the traditional beauty looks of India. Her spokesperson said: 'The intricate mehendi designs are typically Indian, and made with a turmeric paste. They're worn at wedding ceremonies, and are supposed to bring good luck to eligible single women in India. 'It's a big style statement too. The really intricate designs take hours to apply by hand using just a brush, the artists are very skilled.' Thank you Jess, were going to steal your style for the weekend!
