Helena Christensen Rocks The Swarovski Party
Helena Christensen gave a model example on how to rock perfectly mismatched fashion prints at the Swarovski Crystallized Unsigned Model Search Event in central London on Thursday.
Working a Stella McCartney dress with statement tights and Swarovski Crystallized earrings, the supermodel looked amazing as she unveiled the winners of the Swarovski Crystallized Unsigned Model Search.
Olivia Inge, Grace Woodward, Leah Weller and Tolula Adeyemi all turned up to see Freya McHugh and Reece Sanders be crowned the worthy model winners and see their amazing campaign shots for Swarovski Crystallized SS12 campaign.
Helena said "I know we have unearthed two people with successful careers ahead of them and I can't wait to see their progress over the coming months." SD

After spotting (get it?) supermodel Helena Christensen cycling around the streets of New York in a polka-dot Adidas tracksuit top, we’re seriously considering sportswear as a style statement. Helen Christensen And Daisy Lowe: A Model Duo
Helena Christensen has found herself on the other side of the camera for fashion brand Odd Molly. Once the face of the brand, she has turned her hand to photography to shoot the amazing Daisy Lowe for their autumn/winter 2010 campaign.
Odd Molly’s creative director Per Holknekt says: "Helena got to choose her own favourite model and Daisy was her easy number one pick". And we can see why! Looking ultra-cool as ever, Daisy rocked embroidered dresses,’70s-style shearling coats and dishevelled hair for the shoot, which took place in the Chelsea Hotel in New York.
When asked about her transition from model to photographer, Helena said: "I was a photographer before I started modelling. So the transition was really the other way round. I am fascinated by photography, the effect images have on me. Working on both sides of the camera has been some sort of educational experience for me." Naomi Campbell Leads NYC Charity Show
Naomi Campbell called on her friends at New York Fashion Week 2010 for a charity fashion show in aid of Haiti's earthquake victims. The A-list came out in full force with the likes of Kelly Osbourne, Helena Christensen, Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and Agyness Deyn all strutting their stuff on the catwalk. The show’s finale was a tribute to the late Brit designer Alexander McQueen and saw 10 models, including Campbell, Helena Christensen and Karen Elson, take to the catwalk in his designs. All 950 tickets valued at $100-$150 each, were sold out within three days. KD
