Gwyneth Paltrow was striking with a super sleek hairdo.
It's time to get the straighteners back out ladies - super sleek hair is back with a bang! When Gwyneth Paltrow stepped out for the Dean Street Townhouse launch earlier this week with super sleek tresses we instantly wanted to emulate this sophisticated look. First time around, straightening irons were associated with split ends and burnt tresses but now it's all about high-shine and safety! Before using your straightening irons ALWAYS remember to apply a heat protection spray. Avoid going over the same hair section more than twice and slide gently over the hair shaft - no tugging allowed! Give hair a rest and resist the temptation to straighten every day. This heat styling technique is detrimental to the hair when overdone so sensibly save this look for party best.

Get Gwyneths party look with the following beauty tips Swap your black eyeliner for midnight blue kohl with a subtle shimmer, line under the eyes and on top of the lid, smudging gently with a cotton bud - remember, the key to this look is flawless blending. Secondly powder the lower lids with a dark purple eyeshadow and apply lashings of black mascara.
