Shop The Trend: Pastel Dresses
Dannii Minogue and Kate Bosworth are just two of our favourite style icons to be snapped looking super-girly in pastel dresses this week. Dannii glowed in a floor-sweeping lemon dress by Australian designer, Lisa Ho. The X Factor judge teamed her asymmetric show-stopper with gold accessories and matching heels. Kate Bosworth looked pretty in pink as she attended a dinner party in New York. The actress teamed her floaty Chanel dress with Christian Louboutin Maggie heels and a super-sleek hairstyle. Both Kate and Dannii have taken style notes from the spring/summer 2010 catwalks with designers including Versace, Luella and Calvin Klein all showing a selection of dresses in an array of ice-cream shades. London Fashion Week AW/2010 - Fashion Editor's Diary Day 4
Monday 22nd February 10am: Mad Men style knee-length hourglass shapes at Antonio Berardi. Must-buy the shaggy black and white coat! 11.15am: King of black Osman Yousefzada shocked and surprised with hot pink, purple and blue. Dannii Minogue and Sarah Brown sit front row in his designs. 12.15pm: Black leather, black lace and PVC toughen up softer hand-embroidered flowers at Christopher Kane. The inspiration? Priscilla Presley before Elvis got his hands on her! 1.30pm: Cocktail frock queen Roksanda Illincic added silk trousers and coats into her usually dress heavy collection. The disco soundtrack lifted everyone’s spirits nicely, there was even some bench dancing going down! 2.30pm: Designer of the Year Erdem Moralioglu’s ankle-length gowns swept over the marble staircase and the fashion crowd were stunned. Utterly beautiful! 3.30pm: Those sheepskin lined boots, the snoods, the capes - the thing about Jaeger London is that amongst all the theatrical pieces, it’s a collection you can wear in everyday life. Invest! 4.45pm: There was talk that after delivering a stellar debut collection for Halston, Marios Schwab may well have hindered his own line. Not true! Check out the cranberry sculpted frocks. 5.15pm: Following a football match-like scrum to get into Pam Hogg’s show, the style circus commenced. We had a man/women wearing a blow up doll, heaps of tattoos and piercings and Jaimie Winstone in the front row. Alice Dellal walked in fetish outfits and the whole thing was, generally, a bit of fun!
7pm: The Laden Showroom launch their new e-commerce site with a party in the east end. First sign of food for hours sees me taking two canapés at a time. Gasp!

Marks & Spencer Announces Its New Celebrity Faces for Spring 2010
Marks & Spencer officially announced the new celebrity faces for their spring 2010 advertising campaign today. While Twiggy is still there, the old faces have been replaced with Dannii Minogue (we hate to be smug but we told you so a while back!), musician VV Brown, Lisa Snowden and Brazilian model Ana Beatriz Barros. Out with the old and in with the new (just as long as they don't get rid of the Percy Pigs, we'll look forward to the results!). - ZA

The National TV Awards: All The Pictures!
Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue wowed on the red carpet last night for the National Television Awards.
Dannii was glowing as she worked some monochrome magic in a stripy vintage prom dress - her first public appearance since announcing she is expecting. Cheryl, always one to raise an eyebrow or two with her choice of dresses, opted for a pale grey Stephane Rolland gown with an armour-inspired bodice and matching wrist cuffs. Very Gladiator! The girls didn't leave home empty handed as X Factor won the award for Best Talent Show. See all the stars at the TV Awards here!

Dannii Minogue: The New Marks & Spencer Model?
Dannii Minogue could be about to receive the second round of good news this week... not only has she announced that she is pregnant but she’s also rumoured to be the latest Marks & Spencer model. If the rumours are true then the X Factor judge will join Myleene Klass, Twiggy, Erin O’Connor and Elizabeth Jagger as the new face of high street fashion giant. Her management are yet to confirm rumours but we’ll be the first to update you on the news.

Kate Moss Gets Engaged (Maybe); Claudia Schiffer and Dannii Minogue Are Pregnant!
From proposals to pregnancies, love is in the air - and its not even Valentine's yet! If the tabloids are to be believed today, Jamie Hince finally proposed to Kate Moss on her 36th birthday this weekend. He apparently flew out to Mustique where she was holidaying to pop the question. Congrats also need to go to Claudia Schiffer who is 5 and a half months pregnant with her third child and Dannii Minogue who also announced her pregnancy this week. Phew! Anyone else got something to tell us? We just can't wait for the wedding / pregnancy style pics! - ZA

Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue spice up the X Factor in cut-out frocks!
Saturday nights X Factor saw Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue both opt for cut-out detailed dresses. While Cheryl opted for a super short and structured Giles Spring number Dannii was demure in a fluid full length gown. Cut-away detail has been big on the catwalks for several seasons now with Preen, Roberto Cavalli and Versace championing the trend. The peek-a-boo slits under and around the torso area are subtle yet highly seductive. This trend has been a celebrity favourite for many years now from Kate Mosss infamous Balenciaga cut-out dress debut back in 2002 to Halle Berrys midnight blue number which flaunted her post-pregnancy figure back in October this year. Cut-out detailing is bare and edgy in design; sweet but tough at the same time. Dannii Minogue style snaps Cheryl Cole in an asymmetric LBD!
This year Dannii Minogue has won over many X Factor viewers with her dignified personality, ever-changing hair and selection of jaw-dropping frocks. Last night the X Factor judge was the belle of the ball at the Ultimate Awards ceremony in London. The X Factor judge looked stunning as she stepped out with a short and sharp bob, black statement glove and asymmetric frock. Dannii left the bright and bold party frocks behind and opted for a stunning black frock which was very similar to the look Cheryl Colewent for at the Pride Of Britain Awards ceremony a few weeks ago. Both Dannii and Cheryl teamed their asymmetrical LBDs with simple court shoes, one piece of statement jewellery and clear nail polish. Although Cheryl did look stunning in her short LBD, its Dannii who gets our vote for her porcelain skin, natural make-up, calf-length overlay and super-sleek hairdo.

Dannii Minogue opts for an asymmetric hairstyle on the X Factor results show.
Dannii Minogue looked every inch the Hollywood movie star this weekend as she wowed the X Factor audience and viewers in a selection of stunning ensembles. However, on Sundays results show, Dannii left the classic style behind as she opted for a JAton Couture bustier dress, teamed with asymmetric hair. The interesting hairdo was part of Danniis new cool and versatile look, as this season shes ditched the long Cheryl Cole style locks in favour of a short and sleek new hairdo. Fashion designers, Proenza Schouler and Derek Lam kick-started the asymmetric hair trend this year and celebrities including Rihanna, Alice Dellal and Kelly Osbourne have all tried the adventurous style. Although we love Danniis new and adventurous style, we just couldnt decide whether to love or loathe her new hairdo, but just like Simon, were going to let you decide
