Carey Mulligan Auctions Her Prada Met Ball Dress!
Carey Mulligan’s custom-made sequin Prada dress that she wore to the Met Ball on Monday barely had a chance to get to the dry cleaners – she’s just put it on eBay to raise money for charity! With the current bid standing at £634.24 (there’s still 8 days and 11 hours left, FYI), all proceeds will go to Oxfam America. Thankfully, Carey’s not short of outfits to wear to celeb events – the star stepped out in London last night with her new hubby Marcus Mumford at the ARK Dinner 2012 looking almost office-appropriate in a teal pencil skirt and black top. The Met Ball: Newly Weds Carey Mulligan & Marcus Mumford Dazzle
Carey Mulligan and husband Marcus Mumford made their first public appearance together since their wedding last night at New York's uber-glamorous Met Ball 2012.
The pair looked rather pleased as Carey showed off a gold wedding ring next to her silver engagement band, the colour coordination even matched her metallic Prada dress!

Beyonce Causes A Photographer Frenzy At The Met Ball!
Beyonce stole the limelight at The Costume Institute Gala at New York's Metropolitan Museum! The star wore a dramatic (and daringly sheer) gown by Givenchy - we'd hate to see her dry cleaning bill! Amy Adams worked the monochrome trend as seen at Emporio Armani with an assymetrical gown by Giambattista Valli, top marks for tapping into the metallic trend with shimmery accessories. That glossy do is almost more shiny than Carey's dress! Also at the event were Scarlett Johansson, Camilla Belle, Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Karolina Kurkova. We bet the red carpet was almost thread bare with these star studded arrivals! HE

Carey Mulligan Stuns At The London Film Critics' Circle Awards
Cutie actress Carey Mulligan amped up her wardrobe choosing 'red carpet red' for the London Film Critics' Circle Awards 2012.
The striking Roland Mouret dress, featuring gorgeous pop art style tulips and a graphic black neckline, was accentuated with colour clashing electric blue heels. The power shoulders shouldn't work on such a petite, slight frame but with Carey's striking boyish hair cut, they make her look even edgier.

Chloë Moretz: Last Night’s Red Carpet Star
Chloë Moretz managed to outshine her Hollywood peers once again on the red carpet last night at the National Board of Review Awards Gala 2012 in New York. With awards season looming we’d have thought the Hollywood elite would be at home pampering and hand picking the hottest dresses this week, but the bash drew one seriously starry crowd.
Attendees included Carey Mulligan, Keira Knightley, Emma Stone and Rooney Mara, but it was uber cool teen Chloë Moretz that got our attention. As always, she’s got her finger firmly on the fashion pulse, nailing the coat-as-dress trend spotted on many a catwalk and fellow fashion maverick Alexa Chung in laser cut silver Marc Jacobs. Letting the popping Miu Miu resort coat stand out, Ms Moretz opted for subtle matching glitter strappies but added a playful touch with her aqua nails and jewelled hair slide. Perfection! GG

Carey Mulligan Wows In Hollywood
With Carey Mulligan, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Emma Stone and Elle Fanning among the celeb attendees, last night’s 15th Annual Hollywood Film Awards 2011 in LA made for one super-glam Monday night soiree. Carey Mulligan and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley led the red carpet fashion pack, thanks to their gorgeous designer dresses and even prettier make-up.
Supporting Actress winner Carey Mulligan opted for a little black dress by Bottega Veneta, but the spaghetti strap neckline, shimmering fabric and pleat panels made it more standout than safe. Her smoky eyes, nude lip and cute blonde cropped hairstyle gave the look a retro spin.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley never fails to bring the va-va-voom, and last night was no exception. Her Emilio Pucci dress may have been high necked and knee length, but the peekaboo lace, thigh split and fierce Christian Louboutin spike heels upped the sexy ante. Carey Mulligan Flashes Some Flesh In Roksanda Ilincic
At first glance, Carey Mulligan looks as demure as ever at the Film District party in San Diego in her favoured skirt length – the midi. But on closer inspection, we realised this gorgeous Roksanda Ilincic number was cheekier than we first thought. Carey is flashing some enviable abs – who knew she was so toned under there? Perhaps her racier style of dressing is a nod to the coveted role that she managed to bag as Daisy Buchanan in Baz Luhrmann's remake of The Great Gatsby. Rumour has it that she pipped Blake Lively to the post for the part – no doubt Blake was disappointed by this as her boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio is set to play Jay Gatsby. Nice work, Carey! RS

Natalie Portman And Carey Mulligan Storm The Palm Springs Awards 2011
Natalie Portman and Carey Mulligan ruled the red carpet at this weekend’s 2011 Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards. Black Swan star Natalie scooped the Desert Palm Actress Achievement Award wearing an adorable (and bump-skimming) embellished collar Vionnet dress, while Carey picked up the Breakthrough Performance Award in a waist-whittling textured Prada frock. Both beauties went for barely-there make-up and effortless locks – we’ve got hair envy over Miss Mulligan’s grown-out crop. Other winners on the night included Colin Firth, who bagged the Actor Achievement Award for The King’s Speech, and Penélope Cruz’s husband Javier Bardem, who won the International Star Award.
