Britney Spears Steps Back In To The Spotlight
Britney Spears made a glamorous return to the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards 2011, showing off her fab new figure in a sequin playsuit by Moschino and fierce black patent boots from Gina.
Having missed the MTV Video Music Awards for the past four years following her now famously slated performance back in 2007, Britney Spears hit the red carpet at the 28th Annual MTV Video Music Awards in LA with hot boyfriend, Jason Trawick, looking every inch the music superstar. It wasn’t just her appearance that impressed either, as the Gimme More singer managed to bag the hottest award of the night - The Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award for her incredible career. She also scooped the Best Pop Video for Till The World Ends – Britney Spears, we salute you!
Lady Gaga handed out her prestigious MTV music prize and even tried to steal a kiss off the VMAs award winner – better luck next time Gaga. Watch out Katy Perry and Beyoncé: Britney Spears may just be making that much anticipated come back! SD

Adele Scoops Three MTV VMA 2011 Awards!
It wasn’t just our favourite US stars Beyonce and Katy Perry snapping up awards at the MTV Video Music Awards 2011 on Sunday. Adele was there to fly the flag for us Brits, taking home trophies for best art direction, best editing and best cinematography for her mega hit Rolling In The Deep. The singer, who performed her No 1 single Someone Like You, (we actually had goosebumps!) looked positively glowing with her hair backcombed into a sultry ’60s hairstyle and wearing a gorgeous black midi dress. And we don’t think her smile was solely down to her three nominations – it looks like the star can now add one hot A-lister to her ever-growing fan base, with Britney Spears telling black carpet hostess Selena Gomez "I’m really interested in seeing Adele. I love her. I'm the biggest fan." Duet in the pipeline, ladies? We hope so! SR

Fashion Disaster: Oops Britney Spears Has Done It Again
When Britney Spears wore this dress to the Wango Tango concert last night it was a case of “oops! I did it again!” or more “oops! I wore it again!” as Kim Kardashian had been spotted in the same dress the night before.
The fashion faux pas happened when Britney Spears performed at the KIIS FM’s Wango Tango event in Los Angeles, which also had Jennifer Lopez and Ke$ha performing. The singer seemed totally oblivious to the fact that Kim Kardashian had worn the same Aztec-style red dress on a dinner date with her boyfriend the previous day. But while Kim wore it in Miami with a silver clutch and black and white heels, Britney, who hasn’t been out on the red carpet for months, opted for black platform boots. Hmm, we know whose look we prefer. We reckon this was down to Britney's stylists, who need to stay glued to Twitter for updates next time.
