Anne Hathaway Shows Off Her New Cropped Hair Do!
Anne Hathaway is the latest actress to take the plunge and chop off her hair for a role. Other stars including Emma Watson, Natalie Portman, Sienna Miller and Michelle Williams have all had serious hair-overs in the past to play a character. Famously Emma Watson and Michelle Williams have even made their gamine cropped 'dos a signature part of their style! Will Anne will keep it short after she’s finished filming the screen version of Les Miserables? We're coveting that Prabal Gurung strapless frock too – loving the new look, Anne! RS

Katherine Heigl And Heather Graham Sizzle In Scarlet
It looks like Katherine Heigl and Heather Graham were on the same wavelength when it came to choosing dresses for their red carpet outings last night. While we all know the failsafe powers of an LBD, you can’t beat a racy red dress when it comes to classic glamour either.
Katherine Heigl went down the dramatic floor-sweeping route in an asymmetric Herve L Leroux gown amped up with jewelled Jimmy Choo heels and chandelier earrings at the One For The Money film screening in New York, while Heather Graham looked ready for cocktail hour in her curve-clinging pencil dress. Purple Lips Reign On The Red Carpet
Amazing purple lips were our top spot on the red carpet last night, as actress Anne Hathaway and model Petra Nemcova both sported the hot new beauty look at the Princess Grace Awards Gala in New York . Could we finally be giving our pillar-box red lipstick the boot in favour of this new celeb favourite? We think we might! Purple lipstick is super-wearable on every skin colour – paler complexions, like Anne's, should go for a warmer matte mauve stain, but tanned or dark skin can afford to go for a punchier glossy electric violet. Go on, be brave – sport a new purple shade this season! SF

Anne Hathaway Rocks McQueen At The One Day Premiere
Anne Hathaway gave us the red carpet moment we’ve been waiting all summer for last night – the London premiere of her hotly awaited new movie One Day. The actress, who plays Yorkshire lass Emma in the adaptation of the much loved book, looked elegant as ever in a cream crochet slash neck Alexander McQueen dress and clutch, and confessed that she’d been watching episodes of Emmerdale to help with her Yorkshire accent. Anne Hathaway curled up with a cuppa watching all the action from The Dales? That we’d love to see!
But it wasn’t just Anne Hathaway stealing the spotlight, we’ve got to say we were more than a little distracted by her handsome co-star Jim Sturgess, who she cosied up to on the red carpet. So, will the Hollywood hottie manage to pull off that Yorkshire twang? You’ll have to go see it for yourself to decide! We know what we’re doing on Saturday night. GG

Anne Hathaway Goes 70’s City Slicker
Is it just or us is Anne Hathaway really upping the fashion ante recently? After working her usual girlie style at the New York premiere of One Day recently, the actress went for a sleeker, tailored look for an appearance on The Daily Show With John Stewart in the Big Apple yesterday. Pairing on the money pin flattering flares – as seen at Blumarine and Burberry AW11 – with a gorgeous collarless white blazer, a cool Elvis Presley tee, and retro Perspex shades that we’re seriously crushing on. And thanks to those neon pink nails that subtly pep up her monochrome look, Ms Hathaway scores full fashion points from us! GG

Anne Hathaway Hits The Red Carpet With New Girl Nora Zehetner
Anne Hathaway has had a busy year so far! She’s made a guest appearance on Glee, been a voice over in animated movie Rio, and now she’s busy filming the new Batman film with Christian Bale and Tom Hardy. Taking a break from filming her Catwoman scenes in The Dark Knight Rises, Anne Hathaway stepped out at the premiere of her new film One Day in New York. Anne wore a stunning embellished gown by Alexander McQueen, Christian Louboutin heels and Tiffany & Co jewellery - she’s almost dripping with designer labels!
Also at he event was up and coming actress Nora Zehetner, who looked super cute (and very on trend) in a pink and cream colour block dress. Having made guest appearances on Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy and Mad Men, we’re expecting big things, and we’re not just talking about her acting skills – Nora’s wardrobe is already looking like a who’s who of the fashion industry, with designers including Calvin Klein and J. Celebrity Fashion Trend Alert: White Shimmering Dresses
Silver and white dresses were prominent at both last night’s Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 film premiere and at the Valentino White Fairy Tale Love Ball on Wednesday. Olivia Palermo and Anne Hathaway both looked like real-life princesses as they attended the White Fairy Tale Love Ball in aid of Natalia Vodianova’s Naked Heart Foundation. The glittering affair was hosted by Valentino at the Chateau de Wideville, which he transformed into a Russian winter wonderland for guests. The dress code stipulated silver and white, and both Olivia Palermo and Anne Hathaway didn’t disappoint in their gorgeous Valentino creations.
Meanwhile, at last night’s Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 film premiere, Bonnie Wright looked gorgeous in pale satin vintage Miu Miu dress as she practically floated down the red carpet. And co-star Clemence Poesy toughened up her tulle white Nina Ricci dress with chunky black wedges and a waist-whittling belt. We love this look – red-carpet winners all round! RS
