Lauren Conrad held a launch party for her LC Lauren Conrad clothes range last night in West Hollywood looking effortlessly chic.
The Hills star ditched her signature waves for a sleek and straight ponytail as she posed for photographers on the red carpet.
Lauren teamed her low-key hairstyle with a simple LBD, black gladiators and smoky eyes.
We reckon Lauren took inspiration from Blake Livelyfor this event as Blake was spotted with exactly the same hairstyle at the Emmy Awards Ceremony a few weeks back.

Ponytails have been a favourite of ours since we wore school uniform, however this season, its transformed into a grown up, sophisticated hair style. The great thing about them, is that they're so easy to recreate and can look ultra glam.

Follow our quick and easy steps to get the hairstyle du jour:
Step 1) Wash your hair the day or morning before you go out
Step 2)Spritz hairspray all over your hair and brush through to help prevent flyaways
Step 3) Brush it all back and fix pony just beneath the crown
Step 4) Smooth away any bumps and flatten any strays with more hairspray.

Coleen celebrates her first anniversary in style as she shows off her baby bump with a baby-bump bikini-thon.
Coleen Rooney has celebrated her first anniversary just how we would expect any WAG to do so, by having two luxury holidays in a month.
Ms Rooney has hit the luxury locations in true style and hasnt let her pregnancy stop her looking hot.
At a time when some women would feel happier covering up with a sarong, Coleen proudly displayed her curvy tummy and tanned, toned legs.
Friends have said that Coleen is determined not to gain too much weight before she gives birth in October. Shes eating sensibly to stay healthy. She wants to remain as active as possible throughout the pregnancy so she can get back in shape after the birth.
Just like Cheryl Cole, Coleen has snapped up the hottest swimwear designs at Melissa Odobash for her summer hols, she better enjoy her shopping time while she can!

Rihanna has become the unlikely style icon for Michelle Obama as Americas leading lady stepped out yesterday, sporting a hair style very similar to the famous popstar.
Mrs Obama put up her hair to look as if it had been cut into a pixie crop with a sweeping fringe, very like that of the Umbrella singer.
Michelle was addressing the Time 100 galain New York which honours the magazines 100 most influential people in the world.
The sleek hairdo was perfectly teamed with a floor-length black gown, accessorised with statement beads and a structured clutch bag.
Michelle just keeps getting better and better, this is our favourite look so far. We just hope Michelle doesn't start copying Rihanna's crazy dress and start wearing Rodarte's thigh high leggings. The style stalking stops here Michelle!
