Jennifer Lopez And Emma Stone Love Lanvin’s Snake Dress!
Jennifer Lopez stepped out in Lanvin’s nude and black dress with an embellished snake neckline in LA for a press conference to announce her upcoming summer tour with Enrique Iglesias. The gorgeous serpent dress has already proved popular among Hollywood A-listers – Emma Stone rocked the same dress to the pre-Golden Globe party at the Chateau Marmont earlier this year. We think Emma might just have nailed the 'who wore it best' competition – that peach tone was practically made for her! RS

Dakota Fanning and Leelee Sobieski Dazzle At Tribeca Film Festival
As red caret looks go, they’re worlds apart, but Dakota Fanning and Leelee Sobieski both killed it with their respective ensembles at a Vanity Fair party in New York last night. The bash kick started the 2012 Tribeca Film Festival, and only show stopping looks will do for a magazine whose annual Oscar parties are legendary!
Dakota, who never fails to nail an age-appropriate red carpet style, picked a hot pink Lanvin cocktail frock, accessorising with gold trim heels, clutch and chain hairband. Leelee opted for the most directional floorsweeper we’ve ever seen – a full skirted white shirt dress from cool catwalk minimalist Jil Sander. Sticking with the theme, the only accessory needed was a slick of red lipstick. With Hollywood’s elite set to descend on NYC for the next ten days of Tribeca events, you’re in for a real red carpet treat. The A-list ladies are going to have to seriously up their game! GG Scroll down to watch a video of Dakota Fanning working the paparazzi at the Tribeca Film Festival...

The Oscars 2012: Best Dressed
The A-list called in the fashion big guns at last night’s Oscars and it was the hottest event on the Hollywood calendar, as always. The red carpet was awash with couture creations from Lanvin to Tom Ford, with the reigning trends being black, white and the occasional flash of red. Silver screen idol Meryl Streep was the star of the night, taking home her third Best Actress award for her role as Margaret Thatcher in the Iron Lady. Meryl gave her younger red carpet competitors a serious run for their money in the gown stakes too, dazzling in a draped gold Lanvin dress, teamed with matching Salvatore Ferragamo heels – a tribute to the former Prime Minister’s favourite footwear designer.
Angelina Jolie played it safe but super sexy in a gown from her go-to label Atelier Versace. The actress accessorised the black velvet floor-sweeper with a red pout and a whole lot of leg. Been stealing posing tips from Victoria Beckham, Ange? Michelle Williams may have lost out on the Best Actress gong, but she’s topped the red carpet style charts in a coral peplum-waisted Louis Vuitton number, teamed with a clashing pink clutch. Gwyneth Paltrow led the white dress pack in a striking column dress by Tom Ford, complete with a sweeping cape detail. With gorgeous gowns galore, this year's Oscar frock competition was fierce – we also adored Emma Stone in raspberry Giambattista Valli, Natalie Portman in polka dot vintage Dior and Rooney Mara in stunning white Givenchy. Felicity Jones Proves She's The Queen Of LBDs
We’ve had a little crush on Brit actress Felicity Jones for a while now – she first won us over in that Burberry campaign, and her latest red-carpet looks have made us fall in love with her even more. Like us, Felicity is a firm believer in the power of the LBD, rocking not one but two killer black frocks in a day. For an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon yesterday, the actress went flirty in a tiered, prom-style satin dress topped off with an undone bun. She then slipped into a swankier number for last night’s hot ticket – the Museum of Modern Art’s 4th Annual Film Benefit. Miss Jones looked cocktail hour-perfect in her Carolina Herrera appliqué dress with a pair of to-die-for satin Lanvin pumps. Along with her love of LBDs, it looks like classic black courts are Felicity's shoe staple. We’ve got to hand it to her, head-to-toe black has never looked so gorgeous. GG

Lea Michele And Jennifer Lopez Sparkle At The Glamour Awards
If last night’s red-carpet looks from Lea Michele and Jennifer Lopez are anything to go by, we reckon champagne is set to be the ‘It’ dress colour this party season. The starlets shimmered on the red carpet at last night’s Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in New York wearing strikingly similar frocks. Lea worked a vintage look in a jewelled Jenny Packham dress, glossy waves and a deep red lip, while Jennifer went for her signature high-octane glam in a slashed to the thigh Versace floor-sweeper complete with a corsage that would give Carrie Bradshaw a run for her money. The sparkle didn’t stop at the hot frock either – check out those bling-tastic Jimmy Choo peep-toe platforms. Other attendees wowing on the red carpet included Jessica Alba in sequined Tory Burch and Emma Stone in Grecian goddess Lanvin – check out our gallery to see them all! GG

Miranda Kerr Rocks Paris Fashion Week SS12
Gisele may have closed the Givenchy fashion show, but it's another Victoria's Secret girl who stormed the catwalk in a big way at Paris Fashion Week SS12. Newish mummy Miranda Kerr took starring runway roles at Viktor & Rolf, Lanvin, Loewe and Dior – with proud husband Orlando Bloom sitting front row proudly taking pics of his girl (they are too cute!). Mind you, it's no wonder when she looks that good – all those trips to the gym have clearly paid off M! Hmm, note to self... the treadmil pays off.. must try harder. ZA

Fashion Fix: One Outfit, Two Bold Colours - Yes You Can!
Both Gwyneth Paltrow and Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out last night in some seriously bright colour-blocking combos.
Gwyneth teamed a silk Lanvin dress with red heels and a snakeskin Coach clutch as she attended the Gwyneth Paltrow and Coach dinner party. The party celebrates the first European Coach flagship store on Bond Street, and also coincides with the brand's 70th anniversary. With Gwyneth as the new face of Coach, she was guest of honour for the evening, and boy did she shine!
Sarah Jessica Parker continued her promo tour for film I Don’t Know How She Does It as she arrived at The Late Show in New York last night, where she showcased another Prabal Gurung look. This head-to-toe bright outfit is so easy to get wrong, so take tips from SJP and keep the rest of the outfit clean with no accessories. Let the colour do the talking by sticking to simple fluid shapes and clean lines.
Look to Zara to get SJP’s look, or if you’re not brave enough to rock a coloured wide-leg trouser, then make like Gwynnie and pair a colour-block dress with a contrasting shoe.
The outfits were so bright that we we’d easily be mistaken by thinking the weather had taken a dramatic turn for the better, but nope, both Gywneth and SJP were in London and New York – both of which are experiencing the same grey weather. But rather than mourning the long lost summer, get on board with the colour-blocking trend and bring some sunshine to your outfit. Who could fail to smile with this much colour around? RS

Selma Blair Smoulders In Venice (Six Weeks After Giving Birth!)
Selma Blair gave birth to her baby Arthur just six weeks ago, but she came back with a bang as she promoted her new film Dark Horse at Venice Film Festival 2011. Stepping out in not one, but two colour-pop outfits (in the same day FYI), Selma showed off her trim post-baby figure in a curve-hugging green dress by Roland Mouret.
Selma pulled out all the stops for the premiere later that day, where she swapped her green dress for a stunning red floor sweeping gown by Lanvin – it reminds us of the Giambattista Valli gown Sarah Jessica Parker wore to the I Don’t Know How She Does It premiere just days before. These girls sure know how to coordinate their outfits with the red carpet – welcome back, Selma!
