Introducing Fashion's New Power Prints...
As soon as we spotted models at Giles (left) and Marc Jacobs (right) strutting down the AW11 catwalks wearing loud prints, we knew a huge trend was on the horizon. No suprise then that high-street stores Miss Selfridge and Wallis have jumped on the power-print bandwagon and brought out these two beauties. This Miss Selfridge polka-dot jumper is the chic way to cover up, and you can wear this Wallis dress now and it'll last you until next year. Better get clicking then!

Hot SS11 Fashion Trend: Cat’s Eye Sunglasses
Spring is finally here and the sun is out, which means one thing – it’s time to invest in some new sunglasses. On the spring/summer 2011 catwalks of Christian Dior, Giles Deacon and Jeremy Scott, the designers accessorised their sultry models with cat’s eye shades. Immortalised by ’50s starlets like Audrey Hepburn and Bettie Page, a cat’s eye lens is an instant short cut to the glam, retro look that’s heating up as a major trend this season. We love Topshop’s clear Perspex version of the look, and ASOS’s bold red frames. Just add a flick of eyeliner and the perfect pout and the summer pin-up look is yours! GJ

Victoria Beckham: Running Out Of Clothes?
It seems Victoria Beckham has ditched her Audrey Hepburn-esque outfits in favour of a new style icon – Barbarella! Victoria went for the ’60s sex symbol look when she rocked a black structured micro-mini dress and thigh-scraping suede boots at a Diane Von Furstenberg for Claridges launch party last night.
Well, if we knew we’d be spending the night partying with the likes of supermodels Liberty Ross and Natalia Vodianova, we’d put in the effort too. One thing has shocked us, though: Victoria wore the exact same spring /summer 2009 Giles dress in her LG phones advert with Eva Longoria Parker a few months ago. Could Victoria Beckham be running out of clothes?! KA

Giles Deacon To Design For Emanuel Ungaro?
After a somewhat disastrous hook-up with Lindsay Lohan (the actress lasted just one season as Artistic Advisor for the brand) the style rumour mill went into overdrive today after Brit fashion favourite Giles Deacon was spotted by WWD lunching with Emanuel Ungaro owner Asim Abdullah.
Designer Estrella Archs, pictured walking the runway with Lindsay, has left the company to work on her own label, leaving the top job at the Paris fashion house free. With Giles continuing to wow the crowds at Paris Fashion Week – he now shows there instead of London - will he take time out from his own label to work his magic at Ungaro? We’ll keep you posted. GG

Paris Fashion Week A/W 2010: The Highlights!
From lust-worthy collections to the downright crazy, Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2010/2011 didn’t fail to make jaws drop. Giles rocked a Flintstones vibe with bright mini-dresses and Betty Rubble-esque hair, while Dior and Valentino revived the romantic ruffles trend from spring/summer ’09 with some knockout frocks. At Lanvin, it was a feather frenzy with a collection that had more that a hint of tribal about it, and Miu Miu went all ’60s on us with this amazing colour-pop shift with collar embellishment. But stealing the show was Chanel – now that’s where The Wild Things are! KA

Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue spice up the X Factor in cut-out frocks!
Saturday nights X Factor saw Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue both opt for cut-out detailed dresses. While Cheryl opted for a super short and structured Giles Spring number Dannii was demure in a fluid full length gown. Cut-away detail has been big on the catwalks for several seasons now with Preen, Roberto Cavalli and Versace championing the trend. The peek-a-boo slits under and around the torso area are subtle yet highly seductive. This trend has been a celebrity favourite for many years now from Kate Mosss infamous Balenciaga cut-out dress debut back in 2002 to Halle Berrys midnight blue number which flaunted her post-pregnancy figure back in October this year. Cut-out detailing is bare and edgy in design; sweet but tough at the same time. As always the high street has many fabulous offerings, try out Rare at Topshop for a lace cut-out detailed dress Or log on to ASOS for its super chic black metallic plated armour dress with cut-out sides.
