Festival Fashion Update: LOOK Hits London Feis 2011
This weekend, LOOK hit the London Feis Festival 2011 in Finsbury Park – two days of music from the same team behind Hop Farm Festival and Spain's super-cool Benicassim. Music legend Bob Dylan headlined the main stage, playing his only UK gig this year, so you can just imagine the crowd. We went, we danced, we got soaked in the rain and loved it! We also did a bit of what we do best, too: trend-spotting... You wore:
- Flower headbands. They were everywhere and hippy-style garlands won the popular vote. MTV’s Laura Whitmore went for sunflowers.
- Dr Martens. A cool alternative to wellies – brights and flower patterns were our faves.
- Leather biker jackets and Barbours – the ultimate festival fashion cover-ups.
We spotted:
- Fashion designer Pam Hogg and her fella weaving their way through the crowd to get a closer look at Bob Dylan (and giving up when they realised the crowd was too massive to get through!). We also spied Laura Whitmore and her entourage sheltering from the rain in the backstage beer tent and, a little unexpectedly, ‘70s Bond girl Jane Seymour looking very fabulous at 60!

Street Style: YOUR Fashion At The Isle Of Wight Festival 2011
We're slowly recovering from a fun-packed weekend at the Isle Wight Festival 2011 and we loved checking out your amazing style. The top trends we spotted at this year's festival included trusty Barbour jackets (which came in very handy on rainy Sunday), high-street playsuits, a whole lot of amazing vintage dresses and a serious amount of flowery headbands. Meanwhile, our Isle Of Wight Festival highlights included checking out the Kings Of Leon and Pulp from the Absolute Radio VIP bar and kicking back riverside in the H&M VIP tent with some seriously yummy mojitos. Thankfully the weather held out until Sunday, but we're glad we got to use our Hunter wellies after carrying them all the way over on the ferry – and anyway, what’s a festival without a bit of mud?
