With such a killer signature style, we knew it was just a matter of time before fashion queen and popstar Rihanna turned her hand to designing. The Bajan beauty has teamed up with fashion legend Giorgio Armani to create a capsule collection for Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans, which she is currently the face of – talk about multi-tasking.

Rihanna's nailed the Armani vibe with her rocky off-duty jeans which come in a boyfriend and skinny fit, a leather biker jacket, a canvas bag and classic white tees. One is illustrated with her face, the other features her “R” logo splashed across the iconic Armani eagle, plus the jeans come with a bandana belt – a RiRi staple (if you really want to pay homage to the popstar, try tying it in your hair).  Of course, Rihanna wouldn’t be Rihanna without a bit of raunch – cue the lace bralette and brief set. Over the past week we’ve fallen head over heels for Madrid’s hottest export Penélope Cruz thanks to her uh-mazing Pirates Of The Caribbean wardrobe! From fabulous fishtail frocks to smouldering hot pencil dresses, this lady can just about pull off any dress style or length. Last night she continued her whistle-stop tour for the new Pirates Of The Caribbean film and hit Germany in a striking red Armani Privé dress that almost looked like liquid, showing off her fab post-baby figure to perfection. Forget Johnny Depp, if Penélope Cruz keeps upping the style ante like this she could become fashion’s leading lady! SD

Angelina Jolie wasn’t the only A-lister pulling out all the stops at The Tree of Life premiere in Cannes last night. Zoe Saldana looked utterly ravishing in a red-and-white Armani striped bandeau dress and Nicholas Kirkwood two-tone platform heels – check out those toned pins! Fan Bingbing continued her run of knockout frocks in a lime green ruched number – totally loving the Heidi-esque plait. And we barely recognised Gwen Stefani in a black sequin Stella McCartney jumpsuit and '70s pinned-backed curls – well she was never going to turn up in a LBD! But a special mention goes out to Gavin Rossdale who looked particularly dapper in his navy and black dinner jacket, skinny trousers and slicked-back hair, giving Brad Pitt a run for his money we think!
