For those of us who aren’t jet set enough to be at New York Fashion Week 2010, Urban Decay has worked out a way to make us feel like we are. When their new Book Of Shadows Volume III landed on our desks, we’re not ashamed to say there were more than a few gasps and squeals. Obviously, we can’t wait to try all 16 of the shades, but what we love is the pop-up New York scene (look out for the ghetto girl – she’s our fave). And at £30, each shadow works out at under £2.
