Taylor Momsen launched the latest Victoria’s Secret Beauty fragrance Love Rocks last night at the SoHo store in New York. The Gossip Girl star and Pretty Reckless singer’s signature grunge look made her a no-brainer for launching the perfume, described as being "Wild at heart. A punk princess. Rock chick meets tres chic."
