The Fitness Secrets Behind Tanya Burr’s Hot Beach Body

Um. So we may be a teeny bit jealous of Tanya Burr’s trip to the Maldives.

The 26-year-old vlogger jetted off to the exotic holiday destination last week, swiftly sharing stunning snaps of the clear blue sea and white sandy beach.

She also posted plenty of photos of herself soaking up the sun. We saw her snorkelling, enjoying a relaxing spa day and taking a dip in the water.

*Sigh*. That’s the life, eh?



 

Tan looked super-gorge in a series of cute outfits, including a floaty patterned kimono, a chic black swimsuit and a stripy bikini.

We particularly liked the way she’d styled her all-in-one with a pair of rounded sunglasses and a checked shirt tied loosely round her waist.

So what’s the secret behind Tanya’s smokin’ bikini body?

Previously talking to Now, she revealed: ‘I love the gym. The brother of my husband [Jim Chapman] is a personal trainer, so he got us both into it.

‘But I’ve been really bad at going recently because my work schedule’s so hectic. I’m all about weight training. I was really bad at sports at school, so lifting weights makes me feel like a cool, strong person.’



 

Discussing body confidence, she added: ‘I always tell girls to find what they like and accentuate it.

‘My friend Nic has amazing long, slim legs, so if she’s having a bad day she’ll wear a baggy top and skinny jeans. It’s all about highlighting your good points.’
