Fresh Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum, £70: This has us feeling summery, even when it’s drizzling outside! The mix of golden peach and sunny musk, as well as French honeysuckle, smells like happiness bottled!

Shay & Blue Framboise Noire, £32: This smells like a French patisserie. The red berries and black raspberries have been mixed with white oud and musk, giving it a creamy but sweet twist.

Calvin Klein Euphoria Essence, £52: You won’t find the white chocolate accord too sickly thanks to the perfect addition of jasmine and sparking pink pepper.

Laura Mercier Tarte Au Citron Gourmand EDT, £42.50: Meet the freshest sweet perfume of them all. The lemon zest, sugared citron, give this a freshly baked lemon tart smell you’ll want  to wake up to every morning!

Philosophy Fresh Cream, £34: Love vanilla? This is your smell. The combo of vanilla milk, almond blossom and tonka makes this seriously addictive. No doubt you’ll want to spray it all over your house. Plus, it’s calorie-free!

Atkinson Love In Idleness, £100: If you’re a fan of Parma Violets sweets you’ll love this grown up edition. One spritz and you’ll stay sweet all day.

Fruity Fresh

Nothing says summer more than a refreshing mist of something citrus. Think of these are your summer-cool-down mists, trust us, you won’t want to stop sprtizing.

Radley Fragrance, £34: You’ll smell as-fresh-as-a-daisy with this super light scent. We’re so obsessed with the ‘clean’ waft from the freesia, we’re bagging the body wash and lotion too- mmm!

Juliette Has A Gun Gentlewoman, £75: It’s masculine, but still fresh, while the orange blossom gives a zingy kick. Wear this to lure in your man, and before you know it, he’ll want to smell just like you.

Karen Walker A Eau De Parfum, £65: Grapefruit, mint, green tea- if all of the ingredients in this perfume were mixed into a cocktail, we’d sip it all day. Delicious!

Marc Jacbos Eau So Fresh Sorbet, £55: At first sniff this has us feeling like we’re licking a summery ice lolly- that’ll be down to the mandarin and apply blossom. It’s so sweet, and we like it!

Diptique Florabellio, £58: It smells of salty sea spray, which has us reminiscing of our beach holiday big time! The apricot and apple blossom are also really addictive, we can’t stop spritzing.

Penhaligons Ostara Eau De Toliette, £88: Hello sunshine! The clementines and red berries make this smell seriously sunny! But it’s the amber and white woods that make it linger on the skin. All. Day. Long.

Something Spicy

Love a strong, sultry masculine smell? Then pick one of these newbies. One spritz will linger on your skin all day.

Nancy Meiland Aquilaria, £85: Wear this woody smoky scent around a camp fire and you’ll be sure to reap the benefits. It’s the smoke you smell first, but once it dries down you’ll get a subtle hint of girlie Turkish rose.

Atelier Cologne Oud Saphir, £145: If you can imagine the mix of spices, leather and suede- that’s what this smells like. It’s rich and velvety and we just want to douse ourselves with it, especially when the sun goes down.

Aesop Marrakech Intense, £53: You don’t need to hop over to Marrakech to feel like you’re in a Haman spa. This perfume has bottled all the key notes cloves, cardamom and bergamot so you can just close your eyes, take a sniff, and feel the chill.

Jo Malone London Incense & Cedrat Cologne Intense, £105: With warming base notes of incense and top notes of Cedrat, this is my all-time favourite unisex fragrance. Expect your boyfriend to steal it regularly.

MiN New York Shaman, £195: This is the lightest oriental scent we’ve come across. The mix of violet leaf and incense, leaves you feeling like you’ve been lounging in the sun all day, and that’s the reason why we love summer so much!

Agent Provocteur Fatale Intense, £36: If you think their undies are sexy, wait until you smell this! We love the liquorice and spicy chili combo but it’s the black leather that has us feeling a little 50 Shades Of Grey…Shh! Don’t tell, and neither will we.

Floral Explosion

The two biggest floral notes of the season, rose and peony are perfect for girlie-girls. Their the ultimate feminine update.

Valentino Pink, £59: This floral is anything but grandma-esque. It’s fruity, thanks to the blackberry and strawberry editions, making it perfect for your younger sister. We’re obsessed with the fuchsia bottle too!

Estee Lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge, £90: One spritz of this and you’ll feel like Kendall Jenner…well not quiet, but it’s seriously sexy, very seductive and the longer it lingers on your skin the better it smells.

Caudalie Rose De Vigne, £26: Wear this to a picnic in the park. The magnolia makes it a bit more traditional, but the grapefruit gives a special sparkling twist, ideal for hot sunny days.

Jimmy Choo Illicit, £42: If you love Jimmy Choo’s other scents, you’ll fall in love with this one. The rose and honey-amber mix is seriously dreamy, plus the bottle looks so chic on top of your dressing table.

Givenchy Dahlia Divin Eau de Toilette, £38.50: We fell in love with this Givenchy scent when it launched, but we think the EDT (eau de toilette) is even better. It’s still got the classic jasmine and sandalwood notes, but it’s the added peach and rose that make it fresher for summer.

The Library of Fragrance Peony Cologne, £15: If you’re a simplistic kind of girl, then this is for you. Featuring just a single note of Peony this wont irritate sensitive noses, and it’s a bargain for only £15!
