Here’s what we’re using to give our bod the boost it needs...

See off Cellulite

If dry skin brushing is not already part of your routine, it’s time to make it a priority. Sweep Elemis’ Body Detox Skin Brush, £21, all over your body, especially on your legs, to help promote skin cell renewal and boost blood circulation. Not only does it help beat those unwanted bumps, it also stops pesky ingrown hairs from forming.

Brighten Your Bod

Wave off grey looking limbs with Sukin’s Energising Body Scrub, £11.95, it is an all-natural exfoliator that sloughs off dry, dead skin and boosts circulation. Use at least 2-3 times per week, or as often as you can and you’ll notice the difference.

Tone That Tum

Waist trainers and corsets are not cool, so reach for Mama Mio’s Get Waisted Body Shaper, £29.50, to tone and tighten. Massage the oil in using large strokes to help stimulate circulation and encourage drainage.

Perfect Your Pins

After months of hiding, our legs are the area that need the most attention. We’re obsessed with the deeply hydrating This Works Skin Deep Dry Leg Oil, £40,  it leaves legs feeling like velvet and looking gorgeously glossy.

Anti age

As the years knock on our bodies need firming up as much as our faces (sob!) and Dr Roebuck’s Pure Body, £22, is pricey, but so worth it, as the super-thick salve contains just 12 ingredients including Vitamin E, Neroli oil and toning white tea, which help to improve skintone, elasticity and texture. Yep, sold!

Wash away spots

Come summer, body breakouts really are the bane. If you’re prone to chest bumps or back blemishes then make sure you never skip the shower post workout and start using a body wash that contains AHA’s, like Mario Badescu’s AHA Botanical Body Soap, £8.50. You’ll never look back.

Build your bronze

Fake tan applied in a panic is when mistakes will happen. So be prepared with St Tropez’s Gradual Tan Everyday Tinted Body Lotion, £15, and apply it a few times a week to stop ‘heat-wave worry syndrome’ – yes people, it’s a thing!
