Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out this week without her trademark mole.

Speculation has risen that our favourite star has gone under the knife to remove her famous mole.

SJP attended a New York Charity event sporting a new look as her mole had magically disappeared.

SJP, who once stated that she would never have surgery, seems to have followed in the footsteps of other A-listers who have gone under the cosmetic surgeons knife.

However her publicist denied the rumours and told The Daily Mail that Nothing has been removed. A source close to the star contradicted that statement and told the newspaper I don't know when exactly she had it done but she has definitely had a procedure. She's kept it really quiet though.'
