Rita Ora has seriously wowed us with her latest statement hairstyle.
This weekend she took up her usual spot in the judge’s chair on BBC’s The Voice, and all eyes were on her uber-cool updo. With dutch braids wound up into a quirky topknot, Rita scored major points in the hairstyle stakes.
The blonde babe later instagrammed a snap of her look and credited the intricate do’ to Hair Stylist, Chris Appleton.
She wrote ‘Thank-you @ChrisAppleton1 for my braids I loved my hair!’.
We’re totally with you Rita, we loved your hair too!
To cheat Rita’s look you need to master the dutch braid, similar to a french plait, except you pass the strands of hair under each other, as opposed to over. You then part the hair to one side, and take two dutch braids along the side with more hair, and one dutch braid along the side with less hair. As you reach the back of your head, twist the rest of your hair up into a looped topknot just like Rita’s.
Well we know what style we’ll be rocking this bank holiday weekend, thanks for the hair-spiration Rita!
