Munch Your Way To Perfect Skin

Listen up, ladies! We’ve just got a whole lot closer to our quest for perfect skin. We bumped into Ian Marber, aka The Food Doctor, at Bobbi Brown’s new foundation launch last week (watch out for more on that in the mag) to find out the secret to super-healthy skin. He told us that vitamins and supplements are all very well, but you can actually get the most beneficial nutrients from eating the right food. So he’s worked out the most vitamin-packed menu for boosting skin – just in time, as our skin is looking duller by the day! 

Have a sneak peak at his Perfect Day Skin Diet...

  • Breakfast: Smoothie consisting of peaches, strawberries, yoghurt and pumpkin seeds.
  • Morning snack: Carrots with tomato and avocado.
  • Lunch: Pepper and pea omelette.
  • Afternoon snack: Sunflower seeds and apricots.
  • Dinner: Miso soup followed by grilled salmon with spinach and sweet potato. JH
