The Destiny's Child star has chopped in a new rocker-style pixie crop, making her the queen of short hairstyles – she had a softer curly crop back in September and a neat super short bob back in July. Get her new spiky look by rough drying your hair without a brush, just add a little bit of styling mousse for hold.
