The Secret MAC Product Being Used *Everywhere* At LFW

When you go backstage at London Fashion Week it’s pretty common to see the latest hair and make-up products being tested by industry professionals. A lot of brands use fashion week as platform to launch exciting new shades and innovative formulas in order to create those catwalk-cool styles.

With London Fashion Week mid-way through, there’s one such product we’re seeing *everywhere* and it’s getting us VERY excited.

Yep, MAC Make-Up Artists have all been seen using a product that is SO new, it’s not even in it’s final packaging… Enter, the Studio Quick Trick Stick.

Spotted! The Quick Trick Stick backstage at Gareth Pugh

So what is it? The cool multi-use make-up stick, is double-ended with a cream blush/contour on one side, and a cream highlight on the other side. It comes in more than one shade [how many shades is still tbc], and so far we’ve spotted a berry blush version used at Mary Katrantzou. And a cool-brown contour shade, used backstage at DAKS and Gareth Pugh.

The cream formula makes it seriously easy to blend and enhance your bone structure in just a swipe. The highlighter is super-silky, it’s light reflective and instantly brightens without going OTT on the glitter.

And again at Mary Katrantzou…

Legendary make-up artists like Maria Comparetto, have been hailing the Quick Trick Sticks a wonder product backstage – and it’s good enough for her, you can bet we’re going to LOVE it.

The one downside? You have to be patient as the sticks aren’t due to launch till Autumn/Winter 2016. We reckon when they finally go on sale they’ll be an instant hit – so remember, you heard it here first!
