The actress has hit the bleach in a serious way. Buh-bye rooty grunge K-Stew, hello white blonde bombshell!
Going icy blonde when you’re a dark haired babe can be difficult. It looks like, after a brassy hiccup, Kristen Stewart might be on the way to nailing it.

K-Stew was snapped at the NYC premiere of her new film Certain Woman with super lightened locks. The star wore a typically androgynous outfit, looking slick in a burgundy Sandro suit. Kristen upped the sex appeal of her boyish suit by ditching her shirt, adding a trailing necklace to accessorize her bare chest.
As cool as her get-up looked, it was her striking new hair that really got our attention. A few days previously Stewart had attended the Chanel launch of No 5 L’eau in Los Angeles sporting a very yellow shade of blonde. Clearly in the middle of her major root uplift, Kristen swept her hair back into a quiff and dealt with the brassy tones like a boss.
Kristen Stewart Ditches The Roots
Kristen has been rocking a head of majorly rooty locks of late. The 26-year-old’s naturally dark hair was visible thanks to the inches of roots. With her grungy styling, Stewart managed to totally pull this look off.
Maybe she got bored of having roots or perhaps she has a film role that requires a bombshell blonde ‘do? Whatever the reason, Kristen has dipped her head in the bleach again. Or at least, her colourist did.

Anyone who has gone from brunette to blonde knows the pain of that in-between stage where your hair looks more pub landlady than ice queen goddess. The struggle is real. It is possible to take hair from dark to really light without the hell of brass but it takes a very clever colourist and a bucket of Olaplex.
Fast-forward a week and Kristen’s blonde has definitely lifted further, looking way more platinum. A cheeky toning mask and a purple shampoo might be all she needs for an all-over clean blonde look!
