Kérastase Launches Its First Hair Oil Perfume And We’re Obsessed

Kérastase Chronologiste Hair Fragrance, £29.95

I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed about finding ways to make my perfume last longer. I don’t want to waste it away by spritzing all day long, preferring to apply in the morning and then (hope) it lasts all day. Nevertheless, by midday I can barely smell it on myself, so how can I expect others to smell it? Well, that’s probably because I’ve been putting it in all the wrong places – fragrance actually carries best in the hair!  Go for a strategic hair swish when any admirer comes your way, and you’ll knock ‘em dead with your scent (well, hopefully not dead, but at least blow them away).

Kérastase is obviously aware of this fact, because they’ve just released their first oil perfume for hair in time for the festive season. They’ve got master perfumer (who has basically created the world’s greatest perfumes – Calvin Klein One, Tommy Hilfiger Tommy & Marc Jacobs Daisy – need we say more?!) Alberto Morillas on board to create the scent.

With the combination notes of tea rose, light wood and myrrh, it not only coats the hair with the light fragrance, but gives it shine and smoothness, leaving your hair in its ultimate condition. Simply apply 1-2 pumps of the product to dry hair and work from lengths to ends. And voila – you’ll be turning heads all day with your sweet aroma.
