Eep. The Kardashians are in trouble for not sending out some very important tweets.
As most of you know, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney all have their own beauty line, Kardashian Beauty, that offers up a whole range of hair mists, hairsprays and hair serums to give you some added Kardashian gloss.
But according to Radar Online, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are now being sued for $180 million for not tweeting enough about their beauty line.
Now that’s a very expensive social media error.
Court documents obtained by the site reportedly state that the sisters are in breach of contract (and a whole host of other things), and a former investor is not happy.
Hilliar reportedly bailed out the company by putting up ‘millions of dollars to help the Kardashians salvage their struggling “Kardashian Beauty” make-up line’ back in 2014, but the girls didn’t hold up their end of the bargain.
Kim, Kourtney and Khloe were reportedly expected ‘to be the faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line’ after the investment.
‘But while Hillair upheld its end of the bargain, the Kardashians did not’, the documents state.
‘The Kardashians immediately stopped marketing, promoting, and supporting the line and began courting new potential investors to buy out Hillair’s stake. In short, the Kardashians wanted a better, more lucrative deal…’
These are certainly some strong allegations. As of yet, there’s no word on the case from any of the Kardashian family, but we will keep you posted…
