This summer we're championing the super-sleek ponytail, not only is it great for hiding bad hair days, it also looks sophisticated and sexy with any outfit.

Ponytails have been a favourite of ours since we wore school uniform, however this season, its transformed into a grown up, sophisticated hair style. The great thing about them, is that they're so easy to recreate and can look ultra glam.

Follow our quick and easy steps to get the hairstyle du jour:

Step 1) Wash your hair the day or morning before you go out
Step 2)Spritz hairspray all over your hair and brush through to help prevent flyaways
Step 3) Brush it all back and fix pony just beneath the crown
Step 4) Smooth away any bumps and flatten any strays with more hairspray.
