Hot Hairstyle Alert - The Ballet Bun
Ever since we spied Lanvin’s oversized buns backstage at Paris Fashion Week spring/summer 2010 last September, we’ve been copying like mad and after seeing Kate Bosworth’s neat version at the Chanel Rouge Coco Dinner this week, the bun is officially hot property! Kate took girlie to the max with a perfectly groomed ballet bun pinned at the crown of her head – the cutest style we’ve seen in ages. If you don’t have enough hair to get a good-sized bun, cheat the look with a doughnut ring. Tie your hair in a super-high ponytail and slip the ring over it. Then wrap your hair around the ring to completely cover it and pin it firmly in place (a generous spritz of hairspray is a must!).
