Beauty turns to the dark side for its Autumn/Winter inspiration.

If you want to get ahead of the autumn winter trends this summer then invest in black make up.

The Autumn/Winter make up has taken inspiration from Amy Winehouse as it goes back to black. The hottest make up looks were shown on the London catwalks from designers Biba and House of Holland. The flicks were drawn across the lid of the eyes for a gothic look.

Giles showed black punky lips on their catwalk and dark smouldering eyeshadow was shown at Felder Felder.

After a summer of neon nails and bright pinks its time to bring out the dark nail varnish again for Autumn talons.
