Hair Crimping Hair crimping is back!


If you thought that hair crimpers were for the 90’s, think again. Rock a modern Scary Spice inspired hair-do this Halloween by following these easy steps.

Step 1: Select layers of your hair to crimp and hold down the crimper on each section of hair for 5 seconds.

Step 2: Backcomb the root of your hair for volume and fright, whoops, we mean height.

Step 3: Hold in place with some hairspray.

Luckily, Fudge Urban sent us some top tips on how to achieve this Bride of Frankenstein Volume Up Do, featuring Made in Chelsea star Phoebe Lettice. Follow these simple steps for a look that’s just as chic as it is creep!

Step 1: Spritz dry hair with Fudge Urban Sea Salt Spray, £6.99 and add Fudge Urban Powder Styler £5.99, to the roots. Now scrunch hair as you blow dry.

Step 2: Separate 2cm sections of hair at the front and sides of your head. Clip the top layer of hair away and backcomb the rest.

Step 3: Pull the right side over and fix with some grips.

Step 4: Twist the left side of the hair into a roll and secure with grips and a spritz of Fudge Urban Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hairspray, £4.99.

Step 5: Unclip the top layer and backcomb – the bigger the better. Then lightly comb this section back to create a messy beehive.
