Florence Welch: Hairstyle Of The Week
Florence Welch is always one to watch in the style stakes. The MOJO Honours List 2010 nominee (Florence And The Machine are nominated for Best Album, Breakthrough Act, Best Live Act and Song Of The Year for You’ve Got The Love) looked amazing as she took to the stage at the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh on Wednesday night, but it was her plaited hairstyle that got us talking.
Yes, we’ve seen it before (see Sienna Miller at the Golden Globes back in 2007 and model Coco Rocha at the DKMS Charity Gala last week) but somehow Florence’s heidi plaits just seem oh-so right.
With the festival season approaching it’s the perfect hair trend that’ll get you through bad hair days and add a touch of glamour to any wellies-and-shorts combo. Simply spritz your hair with dry shampoo, separate with a centre-parting into two plaits, pin one, then the other and finish with hairspray. You’ll be thanking us come Glastonbury! SD
