To achieve this sixties beauty look follow these step-by-step instructions: Hair: Firstly curl your hair in the biggest rollers you can find. Next, backcomb the hair on the crown of your head to get the bouffant effect. Then, twist hair up into a cone shape and pin. Finally, spray with a fixing hairspray. Eyes: The eyes will be your next most accented asset. Apply a white translucent base as eyeshadow, line the top lash line with black liquid liner, make it slightly thicker on the outer corner and finish with thick mascara or false lashes.
