And guys, it is worth the wait! Launching on 28th September priced £11.99, this eye shadow palette might be the prettiest yet. And that mirror is dreamy...
Any self respecting beauty fan has a list of fave palettes they like to use for different occasions. Urban Decay recently announced they’re launching two new palettes to join their army and now Bourjois have stepped up to the plate with their first proper beauty palette.
In the past the French beauty brand have dabbled with eye shadows quads and blusher trios but this is something very new. Launching worldwide on 28th September the Palette Les Nudes by Bourjois is an eight-piece eye shadow collection in the prettiest of settings.
Things we love about the Bourjois palette…
How else could we be expected to lug around 8 different eye shadows? Just imagine the irritation of individual ones clattering around (and inevitably breaking) in your bag? This little beauty keeps them safe and is majorly transportable.
Most palettes have a fairly decent mirror, usually the size of the actual palette. This one has that *and* it rotates. That’s right. It swivels, people. Meaning you can apply your chosen shade in exactly the right light just by moving the mirror. Clever.
…Are gorgeous. Eight in total each work beautifully together or on their own. There are earthy shades; nude tones and delicate colours to give your nude eye a subtle Parisian twist. The cream powder texture provides up to 12 hours staying power and has especially great blending capabilities. A double-ended applicator is also provided, sitting in a little groove beside the shadows.
With illustrations by renowned Parisian artist Bernadette Pascua, this palette is one of the prettiest out there. The watercolour girl embodies Parisian style with her printed Pete Pan collar blouse and bell-shaped skirt. Red lips, tonal eyes and a slick high bun = French chic at it finest.
