Tempted to reach for the bleach this summer Then sorry to say youre not on your own. As the sun comes out to play, more and more of us are reaching for the bottle in the bid to lighten up.
Apparently its not just the hot weather that has inspired us to go blonde as the recession has had an effect too. According to Superdrug there has been a ten percent increase in sales of blonde hair colourants, compared with this time last year.
Were not sure that the recession was the main reason behind the new hair shades of Drew Barrymore, Chloe Sevigny and Leona Lewis. All three, have decided choice to swap their dark and mysterious locks for a fun and flirty blonde mane.

- If you burn easily in the sun then go for ash and beige shades
- If you have skin that tans easily then opt for a rich golden colour
- If you want natural looking hair then go for a shade lighter then your skin tone
- Keep make-up fresh and natural looking, if you do want to add a splash of colour then follow Chloes example and add coral to your lips.
